Robin has done it again on me, this month. Instead of writing something for you, which he illustrates with his photos, he has just dumped seven CDs of pictures on me and gone swanning it off on holiday through the Pyrenees. However, I can't get angry at him, for among his photos was the stunning one that I have used for the 'Welcome' page. The reason that none of his pics appear in the Photo Album this month is that it was prepared in the middle of the month, before he brought his round. From what I have seen, many of them (particularly the portraits) will be appearing in next month's PA.
The following selection go to prove two things - 1. The sadistic streak running through all little children and 2. What a sporting (mad) vicar we are lucky enough to have. By the way, I think that all those young girls forget that he will have the last word when they come to him for their weddings. Be warned!
Apart from drowning Michael, the rest of the Summer fair went very well. I am glad Robin was there when the weather cheered up so his photos give a much better impression than mine of what an enjoyable occasion that it was.
As well as the Summer Fair, Robin appears to have been entertained by the Dartmoor Big Band, been to a birthday party in Victory Hall and been to a barbecue at Dave Denford's. There are also some pics of a family party, which I won't bore you with. Life's just one long social round for some folk....
