Inside Okehampton Castle  
We were welcomed by a very nice man at the entry kiosk and my grandchildren Ben and Rachel were given the very useful audio guides.

After touring the castle, we decided to take the recommended 'woodland walk' around the castle grounds.
Everyone agreed that it was a really enjoyable visit. The only mystery is why Okehampton makes so very little of its obvious tourist potential. But then, their loss is our gain. Where else is so inexpensive and un crowded these days?
