These are just some views  from a walk on Ramsley Common last weekend. It was just such a CLEAR and glorious day.

I took others with the children but these are just VIEWS ..... what a glory it was to be there on a day like this!

The pictures of the village do manage to show the original medieval village as well as the newer houses & the church in South Tawton in the distance. It would be nice to be able to get a view which included Ramsley and the other elements, as this  would give a pictorial history of a medieval village all the way through.

I will try to do this from Cosdon at some stage ...
