May 2005     Welcome to the first month of the newest addition to the Beacon villages website "Kidz have your SAY! " - and it's designed by us just for us!! This month's page is just the start and I hope to add new ideas each month and would appreciate ideas from you - after all it is aimed at YOU the reader. Have YOUR say - click here to e-mail me!

Our first monthly feature is READERS REVIEWS. As this is the first edition, I am the only person able to give a review, so I have chosen the book I have just read which is Diamond Girls by Jacqueline Wilson.

If you like her writing you should read this book as it is the same good storyline with the surprising ending. Sue Diamond and her four girls live together on a council estate, but when Sue finds out she is expecting the first Diamond boy everything changes. How will things work out on the new estate? Will the girls settle in? But most of all will the new house be ready in time? . well to find out you will have to read the book!
