Surprisingly, visit numbers were slightly up for October. Much more pleasing was the fact that the average visit duration went up from nearly three and a half minutes to five minutes, meaning that the site is being looked at for eleven hours a day. This compares with an hour and a half a day in October 2003. I do hope that this means that we are pleasing some people. It may only be a hobby but as Tevye's wife, Golde said "It's nice to know!"

As we have now moved into month 13 of the above statistics, I had to add another set of rows to the speadsheet I use for the calculations. On doing so, I discovered that the 'Av Visit Seconds' calculations given previously were incorrect. I have now updated the values given here.
