New Beacon Villages Area Website Needed
Carol and I (together with our three horses and three cats) are planning to move to France and I will no longer be updating the Beacon Villages web site after the October issue.
Last month I asked for anyone who wanted to run the local site to contact me. So far no-one has.

I have several URLs:

www.beacon-villages.co.uk, www.south-zeal.co.uk, www.south-tawton.co.uk, www.cosdon.co.uk & www.cosdon-beacon.co.uk

I am quite happy to give any of these to anyone who wants to start a local web site with just one proviso - that the site remains non-commercial and does not carry paid advertisements.
If no one comes along to take over the site, the core of Beacon Villages will stay much the same as it is but without the updates. I will be removing the photo album large photos to put on a new, more general site. Those that are not mine (Robin's, Sue's, Tom's etc.) I will be asking what they want to do with them and, if they are happy, I will keep them on a new, revamped Beacon Villages photo album.
I have enjoyed the last few years and would like to thank all those who contributed and all those who visited the site. I am sure whoever takes on the future provision of the local web site will get your support and go on to make it even more of a success.
